What we sell

PrimeDocs sells digital products: files you download, not physical items. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment you receive access to your files immediately.

Your license, not ownership of the product

Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described in the license guide. The products themselves, including their design and content, remain the property of PrimeDocs.

Accounts and guest purchases

You can buy as a guest or with an account. Keep your account email current, since purchase access is tied to it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, including any applicable tax. Refunds work as described in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not redistribute product files, misuse the site, attempt to access files you have not purchased, or post reviews that are fraudulent or abusive.

Our products are educational and organizational tools. They are not legal, medical, tax, or investment advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional where one is needed.

Changes
