We take copyright seriously in both directions: protecting our products, and responding quickly if you believe something we publish infringes your rights.

Our content

PrimeDocs products, product pages, and guides are protected by copyright. Buying a product grants the license described in the license guide, not the right to redistribute or resell the files.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe content on PrimeDocs infringes your copyright, email support@primedocs.co with:

• A link to the content on our site.
• A description of the work you believe is infringed.
• Evidence that you own or represent the rights.
• Your name and contact information.

We review every report, remove content where a claim is valid, and reply to let you know the outcome.

Piracy of our products

If you find PrimeDocs products being shared or resold elsewhere, we would be grateful for a report to the same address.
