Editorial standards
Last updated August 5, 2026
PrimeDocs publishes guides and category pages alongside our products. These standards govern everything we publish.
Useful without a purchase
Every guide must genuinely answer its question. If you read a guide and never buy anything, it should still have been worth your time. Product recommendations appear where they are honestly relevant, and they are always clearly our own products.
Written for real people
We write in plain language, define terms when we use them, and prefer specific steps over vague advice. If a topic needs a professional, such as a lawyer or accountant, we say so instead of pretending a template replaces one.
Earned pages only
We do not generate pages for every possible search phrase. A page gets published when it serves a distinct need, has real substance, and no existing page already covers it better.
Kept current
Guides show their last updated date, and we review them when the products or practices they reference change.
