Wedding planning involves parents, partners, and wedding parties who all need to see the plan. A physical binder travels to venue visits, dress fittings, and family dinners, and nobody needs an app account to look at it.

The sections that matter
Start with a master timeline that maps every task from now to the wedding day. Follow it with a budget section tracking totals, deposits, and due dates, because wedding costs arrive in installments that are easy to lose track of.
Add a vendor section with comparison sheets and signed quotes, a guest section with the list, RSVPs, and seating, and a day-of section with the schedule your wedding party will run from.
